The United States dismisses the view that Israel’s activities towards the Palestinians establish politically-sanctioned racial segregation, the State Department said on Tuesday, after Amnesty International blamed Israeli experts for authorizing such approaches, Reuters reports.
“… reject the view that Israel’s activities establish politically-sanctioned racial segregation. The Department’s own reports have never utilized such phrasing,” State Department representative, Ned Price, told journalists.
Cost added: “imagine that it is significant, as the world’s just Jewish express, that the Jewish public should not be denied their right to self-assurance, and we should guarantee there is definitely not a twofold standard being applied.”
